Accessorial Charges Rules and Conditions
Carrier Liability
The maximum liability for any loss or damage of a shipment or part thereof as a result of PMT Logistics negligence will be $0.50 / lb, with a minimum of $50.00
per shipment, of the actual value, whichever is less.
“Cargo Aircraft Only” Shipments Spot quote basis
Declared Value Minimum $35.00 $0.50 / $100.00
Dangerous Goods Fee $75.00 per bill
The shipper agrees to package commodities classified as dangerous goods for “passenger or cargo only” aircraft in accordance with current IATA regulations. All
dangerous goods shipments must be tendered on an individual PMT Logistics air waybill as a separate shipment. Shipments containing dangerous goods will be
assessed a fee of $75.00 per IATA UN number.

Inside Deliveries to 2nd Floor Plus Minimum $35.00 or $0.0 per Pound
Inside Deliveries to 1st Floor Minimum $15.00 or $0.0 per Pound

Rules and Conditions
This tariff’s rules, conditions and rates are applicable when “Shipper” is the paying party on the PMT Logistics air waybill. PMT Logistics terms stated on the air
waybill along with the conditions stated in PMT Logistics “Terms and Conditions”.
Beyond Pick-up and Delivery
The enclosed rates are Door-to-Door to Zones A, B, C as listed in the Delivery Zone D through J will be accessed a beyond delivery charge of $0.15 per pound,
$35.00 Min/ $250.00 Max whichever is greater. For deliveries beyond area J may require spot quote for delivery or an additional day transit.

Special Pick-Up and Delivery Service
Shipments requiring Special pick-up / delivery Monday through Saturdays, Sunday or National Holidays will be subject to additional pick-up or delivery charges as
noted below. What constitutes a Special pick-up is a request for a specific time for delivery other than the agreed upon daily house stop or two-hour window. What
constitutes a Monday through Saturday Special Delivery is a delivery prior to 10:00 a.m. or a specific time later in the day requiring a dedicated vehicle and
driver. Logistics does not want to charge for Specials of any type and we will do all possible to provide pick up and delivery services at no extra charge. However,
when specific times are requested, the charges are:
Monday thru Friday, Areas A thru C Add $50.00
Saturday, Areas A thru C Add $85.00
Sunday Add (Quote Basis)
D and Beyond for All Specials Quote Basis
Dimensional Weight
Transportation charges will be assessed on the gross weight of the shipment based on the greater of the actual or dimensional weight.

4 Day-5 Day (Deferred)-250 Dim factor.
Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

Payment Requirements
PMT Logistics requires payment in 15 days and considers any invoice older than 30 days to be delinquent for those accounts that PMT Logistics has extended
credit to. PMT Logistics reserves the right to charge interest at the higher of 1.5% per month, or the highest interest rate permitted by law, on any delinquent
invoice.
